whats it mean when car starts and worms up but then shuts off?? help asap!!

whats it mean when car starts and worms up but then shuts off?? help asap!!
i bought a 1993 Rx7 it starts but when it worms up it dies and shuts off and wont start until its cold again ill list every thing its got please help
Any info will be greatly appriciated thanks guys
non seq turbos (no rats nest)
-block off plates
-1300 secondaries (they are bored out 850s)
-stock ic
-koyo rad.
-STREET PORT on the motor
-K&N intake
-PFC datalogit and commander in glove box (engine
management)
-3in down pipe
-3inch custom mide pipe
-Apex GT exhaust.
-rebuilt tranny....about 15,000 miles ago
-act clutch kit...capable of 400tq
