What's this? could the cracked vacuum line be causing my intermittent misfire?

If you are referring to that red wire, it looks like the wire to your O2 sensor In Your exhaust. The other pics I do not see a cracked line. Can you be more specific?

Yeah, it's the line on the left coming out of the bottomof that tan thing. Cracked at the top.
