What is require to convert to E85 fuel?

What need to be changed to convert fuel to that E85? Ex(Does fuel pump or injectors). Or is compatible?

hi flow pump, injectors , good e85 filter , good lines for e85 and a tune

What is the advantage of using E85? Is it worth it to convert?
