Question What is the name of these parts????

Hi guys,
I am rebuilding my 94 FD and I have some parts that I have to get replaced. Here is a picture of the parts.

My main question is the turbo hose, this is the lower turbo hose, I want to get a metal replacement, what is the name of this hose? I have seen some turbo hose replacements, but those only seem to have the turbo hoses.

The other hose is some type of lower heater hose, and then finally the rubber cover for the shifter. Any idea's other than Mazda on where to get this stuff?
Thanks guys!

But what is the name of the lower turbo hose? Is it one of these "greddy elbows" that I hear about on the forum or what? I have seen some polished metal hose kits, but these only seem to be for the top hoses.

The Greddy Elbow is attached between the throttle body & the intercooler outlet duct. L/H side of motor (when viewed from the drivers seat)
The elbow duct you are looking for is included in the M2 "hard intake pipe kit". It replaces both of those accordion (sp) ducts from the air box to the turbo inlet ducts.
