what are the major differences in 1.5 or 2 way diffs

Hi what is the differences of a 2 way diff and a 1.5 ...
Would a 2way differential with alot of posi fluid be suitable for street use . Basically what is the difference between them.

I believe the stock TII come with a 2 way lsd.
