I think its called Rotary II watch...and i think you can get it at apex-auto-parts.com ...i'm still looking into it...

I love my Rotary watch I picked up a few years ago.

The rotor turns to count the seconds. It has the inscription on the back:

"We will deliver products capturing the hearts and minds of customers"
#471/500 I.A.A. Frankfurt SEP.14.1999

I've got the same watch, but mine has the inscription in this ad. I've still got the Mazda parts box it came in to.

Yeah mine has a cloth band, but with what looks like a carbon fibre type pattern behind the watch face.

I think mine was a limited run of only 500 made, thus the number 471 on the back.

I got mine off eBay a few years back and it cost a small fortune! :O(
