Has anyone on here had issues with the warranty on RX-8 involving drivetrain? my friend broke the u-joints on the output shafts, and the warranty isnt covering it. The deal is, it was wet and he has DSC off and when he went to take off he was slipping on the wet black top, when the rears caught, the u-joints snapped, the car has 750 miles on it

Awwww man, that sucks *** I can't beieve that the warrenty should cover that crap!

 

They won't cover it? I don't agree, but maybe they won't cover it because the DSC was off. That is still rediculous though.
