Usable parts rotors/housing? with pics.

Curious on the possibility of using any of these parts, they are from a reman that hardly has any miles on it but both housing had an apex seal break. The one housing isn't usable, the other housing (pic attached) only has an issue right before the exhaust port, the rest looks brand new. Didn't know how this would affect things since the compression part would still be high for the combustion but not sure of the other affects.

One rotor has a couple large gashes in the rotor face but doesn't cross a side or an edge, I am sure if it's sanded down it will still have grooves but the clearances would be fine for all the seals. Any issues with using it?

This is a turbo'd car and will see track time. (first time rebuilding one of these on my own)

On a side note, since both rotors had an apex seal go, is it fairly safe to assume it was an over boost issue? Anything I should look for internally to help figure out the cause if it's not from over boosting?

Both of these parts are reusable with a little work.

I would say they are reusable. On the rotor, the burrs need to be probably sanded down so there is no hot spot and or a way for for a stress riser crack to start.
Thanks
