Up and running

hi everyone,
just looking for some advice.
I want to get my rx7 up and running this summer and I'm trying see exactly what I need to get it to run right.

its a 94 rx7 with 98k miles on it the turbos where leaking lots of oil through the intake and the exhaust
I have replaced the cat and have mount new twin turbos from Pettit racing.

Known issues the the oil leak was so bad it has clogged all my vacuum lines and the waste gate soliniod and the oil pan gasket is leaking a lot.

Here are are my thoughts the bare minimum to get the car up and running.
clean vacuum lines
fix oil pan gasket leak and instal banzani oil brace and replace motor mounts as I don't want to do it later
I have an m2 intake laying around so I was going to install that and put all new aluminum pipes inclueding intercooler pipes
replace soliniod.

The question is can I run the car with the old intercooler. Or am I just setting my self up for something else to go wrong.

budget is tight this year with three kids so bare minimum to get it up and running with out causing more damages, 2018 will be the year I can upgrade the car with new parts.

Im basically debating from letting the car sit another year till I have the money to drop 5k or drop 2k in this year so I can drive. Do note I will be taking to someone to do the work foR me as time is limited for me.
thanks

Just wash the intercooler out with water + dawn. It'll be fine

get all new vacuum lines and skip the cleaning. It's cheap insurance on these cars anyhow.
