Question Twin Turbo

Ok, I am stripping a 13B-REW of all the emissions vacuum stuff, and I need to know how the vacuum works with the turbos. I know that they use vacuum to switch between each other, but can I use an aftermarket BOV & wastegate to run them or is there some vacuum system that does it that I would need to close off.

Personally I would run the non-sequentially. I have that set-up on my Cosmo and it gets rid of a LOT of confusion. You will need to pull the flapper door out for the manifold and the y-pipe and then you can easily plumb them with any ol boost controller.
