Question turbo mods?

hey ...
anyone out there know where to get stock turbos modified? specifically, a place that would be able to put ball bearings into a stock turbo (that obviously had none before)? also, thermal coatings and making bigger, more efficient oil passages?

see, i got the stock turbo modified, but i still have not put it in the car yet and i'm thinking ... i want this stuff done to it before i put it in.

thanks for any advice or direction

There are a lot of places to mod stock twins. M2 performance will do it but you will have to do a lot more to make up for the increase in power. You will need new injectors and ways to control it. Also putting ball bearings into and old turbo is not a good idea becuase of possible cracks in the old turbo.

I've seen these on E-Bay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...851057810&rd=1

ITEM DESCRIPTION: You are bidding on a 89-91 Mazda Turbo II Turbo that has been UPGRADED to a TO4 Garrett turbo. It has a .60 A/R compressor with a 3 inch inlet and a 2 inch outlet. Compressor wheel trim is 60. This turbo will bolt on directly to your stock manifold with NO MODS needed that's right NO MODS needed. This is a good way to modify your car without spending lots of $$$$ for a turbo due to the fact that it's a direct bolt on item. Turbo has new parts in it (seals, bearing, o-rings, compressor housing, etc.), and has zero miles on it after being built and never got put back on car. Turbo will spool fast because of the stock turbine housing that will recycle the exhaust faster. For questions (please ask before bidding) please send an e-mail to my business partner at gtkoni@yahoo.com
