Tripping Limp and maybe running too rich?

Hey guys,

So I have been having this issue for about a year now and only now have the time to take a look. I would upload a video, unfortunately I cannot drive it here right now with the weather. But i will do my best to explain.

So issue number one is that at full throttle everything power wise cuts right out and it stutters. I'm assuming this is the limp mode being tripped. I have no idea what is causing it. i can rev the car while in neutral without issue. It only happens when driving. when i plug a buddies PFC into the car it runs without issue. I simply do not have the money to pick one up right now and would like to try and fix it without buying one.

Issue number two is ( and im assuming this is the cause ) it seems like its constantly flooding. I can start it in the morning drive it for a while, lets say 20km in traffic. I then stop and when i get back to it it may fire right away or may take an extra second. Lets say i drive for another 30-50km and stop it is a total gamble after that if it will fire. usually it cranks and cranks and cranks then will go after a short while. at this point i just take it home usually. I have given it a good run as well like 1000km...twice, it was hit and miss, the second time it wouldn't fire at all after we stopped.

Do you have a hks twin power at all? Sounds like you might be "blowing out" your spark plugs. The PFC that your are using probably has a different ignition timing map vs your stock maps. New plugs/plug wires, or stronger spark might be needed.

i currently do not have either a PFC or HKS twin power. My first issue does seem to go away with a PFC in the car. I havn't been able to borrow one long enough to test my second issue.

so for my issue of it possibly tripping limp, i am going to check my secondary injectors and fuel pump/filter.

any ideas on what to look for with my secondary injectors? (ive just been reading posts with similar problems and no one has an answer)

also could it be something like a secondary injector or fuel pump if it runs fine with a PFC? just not with the stock CPU?
