timing

ive got a street ported 12a when i turn the distributor it does not advance or retard is this normal if not what can i do

your leading and triling coils might be switched

What procedure do you use when checking your ignition timing?

Do you own a Haynes or factory shop manual?

got it

hey guys i fig it out the guy i got the motor from changed the distibutor wrong of course so i had to pull it align the timing mark on pulley and reinstal runs great fast as hell too
