tii starting problems after swap. runs but choppy and flooding

ok i just put in a newly rebuilt tii engine s4.

it started right up that night but didnt run long because the timing was off. so i re-timed it with bdc's method. i plugged off all vac leaks and properly installed the mas. and finished the coolant lines. its been a few weeks since it's been put in. and i just put a down pipe on. and so i went to start it again.
about 2 weeks ago i started it with the intercooler not attached (on accident) and i flooded the poor thing.

since then. these are the symptoms.

wont start. pulled the plugs. they are all nasty foul. started it with no plugs. crap came out. mix of engine treatment and fuel. blackend. cleaned plugs put them back in. started it. started right up but imidiatly died out again.
went threw cycles of not starting with no fuel till it started on its own with out fuel. flipped swich. started for a second. died. then was flooded.
turn off switch. clear it out till it finaly started with no fuel pump. ran for 4 sec. shut itself off. started it with fuel. runs for a sec. then dies. then seems flooded again

some one said it may be that an old injector stuck open
is this posible? the sudden change of injector?

also i have a long constang beeping noise. no . not like the coolant buzzer. but like my car stalled out and the beep came on. that sound.

update.

got the timing right. it ran. but it sounds very choppy. puffs (dots) of smoke were coming out of the tail pipe. and it sounded like a go-cart. didnt sound right. but it didnt shut itself off this time. ran it for about 2 min reving it up to 2.5

battery died cuz it stalled and my e-fan was on. killed the battery. pulled in the xb to jump off it. flipped off the fuel cut switch. went to start it. it bucked a few times like it was flooded but trying to start. then it kinda started running. i flipped on switch. it died out.

turned off switch. went to start it. it sounded fully flooded. no bucking, no trying to turn over. just spinning . turned on the fuel pump because i thought it just needed fuel. no change in sound. continued just spining not trying to start.

tomarrow i'll pull the plugs again to clean them and clean out the chambers.
as for right now. because both cars were in there running. its hot as hell.

note: i have an Fcon. will take it off my harness tomarrow.

for right now, all i can think of are the following:

check your battery and charge or replace as necessary

try Seafoam

run some hotter plugs for the time being until you start to tune (since you shouldn't be boosting it much anyway) - try the BR_EV or BR_EIX types

be absolutely sure the timing is set properly (still sounds like it might be a bit off)

let it runs until it fully warms up before shutting (might be easier said than done, i know, but try)

hmm I have a similar problem - it shuts off after a couple mins. Like it idles around 1500RPM or so, then after 3-5 mins the tach drops and it shuts off. I noticed that if I keep on the gas, it doesn't shut off. I was also told that it might be the fuel injectors, did you change those too?

Buy new plugs, cleaned ones will never run the same as another fresh set, at this point yours are probably beyond saving. Send the injectors off to be cleaned and flow tested, sounds almost as if when it is running it is on one rotor.

Alright, thanks for the suggestions. The A/F ratio reads really low (flooding I guess ) so it is probably either the spark plugs or fuel injectors as per your recommendations. I'll check them soon as it warms up a bit... -15C outside now By the way, are fuel injectors hard to change at home kinda thing? I just got the car recently, my first car and all, and I'm not too mechanically inclined but I can follow instructions well
