Takes a while to start over

I have a 1991 rx7 vert with a 13b n/a engine everything completely stock, no power steering and no a/c.. Every time i try to turn on my car it take me about 30 seconds to turn on, while does it take soo long to just turn on? My battery is brand new yellow top so i know its giving the car enough power to start on time but idk what else it could be? Help please

Does it take 30 seconds to begin cranking, or to actually fire and idle?

if the tach is bouncing then it is usually a fuel issue like a lazy fuel pump, could also possibly be a faulty leading coil.
