I recently purchased an 89 t2 with a low mile motor. It does have a wide band a/f gauge and boost gauge. Around the rpm the secondary injectors are supposed to come on it goes lean and sputters. He said the injectors were professionally cleaned and the guy knows his 7's. I don't think they are turning on.

 

Could very well be a faulty ground to the ECU from the main engine ground.
