Swapped motor

I have a 93 mazda rx7 where my original motor blew, so I bought a motor from a ar in Japan and the motor had good compression. So we swapped them out and now that it is swapped the car cranks but doesn't start, any help Why? Also the motor is of a 98 rx7 F2F. Also the mechanic used my old wiring harness since it is left hand drive and the motor was off a right hand drive.

I would start with the basics and make sure it is getting fuel and spark, then go from there.

+1

Also double check your compression (if you are relying on someone else's word) and on all three faces.
