Stuck side seal removel trick

well i had these OLD Fd rotors sitting on my patio, rusted and everything. the side seals were stuck in them which was the reason why i didnt think of using them, so i was on a mission to get some stock fd rotors and cant seem to find any at a reasonable price, so i look at these god forsaking rusted rotors i had and looked at them for about an hour, and came up with an idea. i washed them with wd 40 and brushed them. now let me tell you these rotors came out GREAT, but the side seals were still stuck in them. so i took this real thin chizzle, the thicknes of a side seal and dremmeled a hook on it, to turn it into a seal puller. and this is what i came up with, this idea works great.... forget about heating up the rotors and all that ****. i seen many threads where people had butchered up the rotors tryin to pry it out with a flat head and many other thing. first thing you do is get the side seal out. then you hook out the end peice of the side seal and i WILL break off. then try to bend the seal spring up and snag it with a plier, you should be able to pull it out from under neith the side seal, then you start prying the side seal out with your new side seal puller...lol hope this owrks for anyone. the hook is on the top left
