Stall when going from load to no-load

Hi all,

When I go from load to no-load (eg: 3000-4000rpm then put the clutch in and let off the throttle) my RX intermittantly stalls. It drops the revs below the usual idle, sometimes just far enough to stall. I've upped the idle slightly to compensate and now it doesn't stall, but under the same conditions the revs still drop below the usual idle point then go back up to normal idle. Once they are at the normal idle it does stay there (no bouncing revs or anything like that).

Any ideas on cause?

Thanks for any help.

have you changed to an aftermarket lightweight flywheel recently?

I would start by checking the following things:

* clutch switch
* idle speed controller
