Spun bearing/reuse rotor?

The bearing spun on my front rotor due to no oil pressure and there were metal shillings in the oil. I'm putting the motor together with pretty much new everything. I have all new bearings for rotors and stationary gears. They are all pressed in except the front rotor. There is some scoring inside the rotor where the bearing is pressed in. It is scored for the first cm in which the bearing can actually be pressed in by hand with a little pressure and then the material becomes perfect for about 40% of the surface area and then returns to some mild damage. I am having a hard time locating an s5 rotor. I am wondering what the threshold is for a damaged rotor. Could I use loctite or permatex sleeve retainer.. or do they not do that much? I know I have no pictures.. but has anyone been in a similar situation like this and gotten away with one of those products??
