Exclamation Something wrong - smoke issue

Hi,
Let me explain whats going on, on my car today. I have a very very small leak on my radiator right next to the bracket on the driver's side because of the stupid support with the greddy FMIC. Anyways, I have a very slow leak there, I can probly run 2 days easy without having to fill it out. I had to bring it to some radiator guy that could weld it directly without getting it off. Anyways this is the second time the radiator does that but last time was on the other side. Now i was coming back home from Girlfriends house, and At the corner before my house, I heard the alarm noise for the low coolant guage. So I figured, hey i have about 100 feet to do and im there so, ill just go easy on it. I get to my place, let me motor run to make the rest of the coolant flow thru, and I add some coolant at the same time. Now this SOB starts smoking white, but i mean alot. So I fill it up and everything, let the thing cooldown on the timer. It ends like that. Today I took the car out to go eat somewhere, and each time I would come to a stop, where I would have to wait for a light, that huge cloud of white smoke came out and I was looking around and poeple were just going crazy thinking I was gonna blow up. Now im wondering what can cause that? Is it possible that I melted a Coolant seal or something? Or is it probly related to my untuned PFC or my custom SIlliscone hose job that never worked out like it used to. I mean sometimes It would happen from time to time that i would smoke just a tad. But now its a huge cloud that comes out. What do you guys think?

Also... while i was doing that 100 feet, I heard a loud whistling sound like a BOV X2 whistle on Throttle opening. What could it be? the waterpump turning in thin air?

when i barely bought my FD, it was smoking white, changed the spark plugs and the oil, and it was fine. i haven't driven it because it's untuned (it has a PFC) so it could be because it's untuned, probably isnt burning up the fuel correctly. my $0.02, but could be useful.
