Should my 3rd gen run ok with thes mods?
stree port motor
full 3" exhaust no cats
front mount ic
koyo radiatior
10mm wires
and a greddy profic b boost control running 12 pounds of boost
and a fiel fule computer
if thats all the boost i run should it run good?

Assuming your fuel computer is tuned properly, the only thing to worry about is boost creep, you might need to port your wastegate, yes, even with the Profec. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "fuel computer". If you just get a piggyback enrichment box, make sure it eliminates the fuel cut. Best bet is to get something like a PFC and have it tuned on a dyno. Do that and it should run great, and you won't need the Profec, although you may still need to port the wastegate. Its all in the tuning.
