s4 wiring efan

i have a hayden efan that came in my 86gxl it was wired directly to power out of the service connector, i was wanting to do a relay to hook it up correctly. is there anyway i could use the green/black stripe and hook up another sensor for this?

this is how i have mine.

F= main fuse box, 80 amp main fuse, battery side

R=relay

key on power feeding the switch (top box) which feeds the relay switch, connecting the fan to the battery feed on the fuse box.
