s4 13b alternator bolt sizes?

s4 13b alternator bolt sizes?

anyone know what size the bolt is that holds the alternator on the mounting bracket? changing the belt and can't find the bolt to put it back on, thanks

If you lost the whole thing just measure the length and get a bolt to fit. You won't blow up your engine. If you are super concerned you can probably get a replacement bolt from Mazda for pretty cheap.

hey, I know I’m bumping and OLDDD thread and I’m sorry for that, but I’m having the same issue and without that bolt and spacer the pulley is just ever so slightly misaligned and snaps any alt belt I put on, yes I’m buying good belts, I’ve tried dayco topcog and Goodyear gator back but the all snap after 10 mins of running due to the misalignment

I checked and it’s not in their system so they couldn’t help me. And not that bolt, I need the small upper one you use to adjust the tension, thank you for trying to help though! I can’t seem to find it anywhere if you or anyone else has a parts car and has that tensioning bolt for the alternator on an s4 I’ll PayPal $10 for it

Self bump, no progress still, I need the small bolt and spacer on the top right side, otherwise the belt will keep shearing
