So I'm using an S2 distributor with GM 4 pin HEI modules in my project, and I want to go with direct fire (I've had success with that system in the past). I can't remember the correct polarity of the signal wires going into the HEI modules.

Does the polarity matter? I think it does. Part of me says no it doesn't matter its just a signal.

Which wire from the S2 and S3 distributor goes to which pin on the 4 pin GM HEI module? There is a red and a green wire coming off of both the trailing and leading pickups from the distributor.
