Rotor Housing Question

I was checking out this rotor housing, and I saw that there is a bolt on the top of the housing on the exhaust side, and if you unscrew it there is a small hole going all the way through to the inside of the housing. Does someone know what it's purpose is?

Oil Metering Pump (OMP). The oil is injected through that hole.
