Rotating keg with out front Assemble complete

Is it ok to rotate the keg flat on the engine stand without the front fully assembled? I want to assemble the keg this weekend. Than hang the Turbo and intake/TB so I can work on the mods. I need to get the turbo oil drain into my S3 front cover. I also need to mod the S5 TB for the S4 OMP linkage. I foresee removing the front cover a few times as I get the drain squared away

as long as the engine itself is assembled and torqued down i don't see why it would be a problem. just remember to keep dust and debris off the exposed parts that would otherwise be protected by the front cover.
