Reshaping seals, driving out of boost

I dont know where I heard this...I dont remember who said it. But some prominate member on the forums told me a while back that if you car starts to read lower VAC like by a few HG's after you have been red lining it at the track, to drive out of boost and in vac as much as possible for the next 2 weeks and you're vaccuum will build back up due to the seals reshaping to the housing?

he was stating that redlining the car with boost for extended periods of times bends the seals out of clearence and when you drive slowly it will push them back into clearence

WTF?
