Replacing Engine?

I have a 91' gtu that blew a seal and i am gonna drop a new engine into it just wondering if anyone can tell me how hard this is to do as well as if anyone has a 13b running for sale, other then that my windshield wiper runs at low speed and stops where it is at any other speed and teh back one does not run at all (i think it's motor is broken) but anyone have any ideas why the front wipers would so this? thanks for any help you can provide
