Well, if you didn't know already, I broke my gramlight wheel on a curb slamming into it from oversteer....the spoke set broke clean off from the wheel and I simply have the wheel itself with no spokes and the tire left over.

There are no bubbles, gouges, or anything on the sidewalls at all the tire has lost no pressure at all

Is it safe to remount this tire on the new wheel after such an impact?

 

Take it off the rim and have it checked to see if it has any broken belts. A decent tire shop should be able to tell you if it does or not.
