try to find a butterfly wall anchor big enough for the hole in the silencer with a long enough screw, then hold the screw tight with pliers and then tap the pliers with a hammer, outwards, that should work, if not then spray with some penetrating loob and try again dont lose the butterfly anchor in your exhaust.
