Reading Plugs 'pics'
Can you 'read' my spark plugs?
The plugs in the pictures are about 4-5kmi old, I've had them in my motor since being rebuilt in 2006. The motor has all emissions removed, running premix (1oz to 1gal).
Stock turbo w/ rtek 1.5 w/ cas pulled about 1 deg to ward off detonation from boost creep up to 15psi. UNSAFE I KNOW! I'm going to be hopefully tuning it soon via RTEK 2.1 and PLX WB so I will set the timing (cas) back to fsm specs soon.
I want your thoughts...

Looks pretty normal...
If anything, you've got uneven center electrode wear...
I dunno what the order of the plugs are?
#3 is the least eroded - gotta be one of the trailings?
#4 looks the worst eroded - gotta be one of the leadings?

They look normal to me too.
If you guys are talking about reading as in a rich/lean condition, you can't tell much fromt hose pics.
You have to actually do a plug chop, where you cut down the threaded part and read the base of the insulator. That's how you tune carbs on a budget.
