Question for you rotorheads

Question for you rotorheads. I looked under the car and noticed gaps where the gaskets are between the turbos and engine. Looks like the manifold not even. Can you resurface (grind) the manifold? Would that cause a major vacuum leak? And would it make the car stumble past idle?

The manifolds (allmost any) can be resurfaced by machine or by hand (if you know how , a long time to do ) ,a leak in this area will be an exhaust leak not a vacuum leak and you should hear it .
