I was wondering what the biggest sized fuel injectors a S-AFC can run are. thanks

the S-AFC changes the impulse signals to the injectors coming from the computer, the S-AFC can run whatever you can throw at it it is more a quesion of what the stock computer can run which should be more injection than is necessary in most cases

I wouldn't go over 4x 720cc with the s-afc. that's more then enough fuel for around 400hp. if you have that much you shouldn't be using the s-afc anyways.
