MO Pulling an engine, tips please?

So im going to do a compression test, but im pretty sure the engine is toast. So my friend and I are going to start tearing everything down so i can send the shortblock off for a rebuild. I am going to eleminate the A/C and maybe the PS. I wanted some experienced people to give me some advice on what i should do, what i can get rid of, any precautionary things i need to watch for, ect. I was also thinking of trashing the ABS system and wanted suggestions on that. Im going to be doing a million searches on each specific thing i come across i was just trying to prepair myself ahead of time.

If anyone would like to donate large somes of money or wrench time, let me know

While engine is out i am going to have the T78 converted to a V-band, get a 4" turbo out exhaust. Instead of alky i might go with meth injection and up the boost. Try and find an excessive lim, Port the intake runners. Take my aggression out on lots of unsuspecting hot chicks.

Things im going to check/replace while down:
-Coils
-injectors flowed/balanced ect...maybe go bigger :-0
-engine harness
-grounding places

What else?!?!?
