pretensioner airbags rx7

Do 1996 fd3s have this? Wanting to remove airbaged steering wheel however new zealand regulations a mean I would need to change seat belts as well if I have a pretension system.

looking at the parts catalog for the 96, they look like normal seatbelts, in fact it sort of looks like 92-02 use the same seat belts
