precision injector sleeve question?

I have 4 precision injectors that I am installing along with kg parts fuel rails on my turbo rx7.
The precision injectors came with an aluminum sleeve that I need to install in the injector sockets.
In the stock turbo II injector holes are plastic inserts that look like filters where the stock injectors sit in.” see picture below"

My problem is ~~~> if I don’t take out the stock plastic insert the precision injectors are about a quarter of an inch too high.

If I take out the plastic insert then the aluminum sleeves that came with the precision injectors fall inside the stock socket.

What should I do.??

The plastic inserts are designed to disperse the raw fuel throughout the combustion chamber for better mixing with the air, you need those. Can't help with the sleeves other than suggesting you contact the seller and explain the problem.
