The issue you have w/the clicking is related to the starting or the car not going over 3500? Rhis is not clear. Secondly, the circuit opening relay, used to power the fuel pump could be the item clicking but it uses a wire from the starter circuit so if you think this is the cause of the starter not turning over then that would likely be incorrect. And it's best to solve one problem at a time. Okay?

I got ya. It was running great and then all the sudden all of this. When I press on the gas there is clicking and I see my voltage gauge flicker about. It really hesitating. And the reason I mentioned it is because maybe a bad ground or faulty connection is cause all the problems. The clicking is erratic when stepping on gas. Man. My head is spinning.

If the voltage becomes too low that could cause electrical components to start acting wildly.
There is a Black wire/cable which comes from the trailing coil side of the engine fuse box which eminates from the main fuse. The cable drops a foot below the fuse box. It mates w/a like cable. Check the connection at this plug. It supplies the ignition switch w/voltage from the battery. It could be causing the starting and running problem all in one.

Ok satch, got it firing up again. Was the wiring. Went through it all and I can't really say what exactly fixed it, because I soldered all the half *** barrel clips and such.
But now, car will not drive properly over 2k rpm's. When in neutral I can get past the boggy hesitation and it will build boost at 4k. But when in gear I can't get past about 2500 rpm with out boggy hesitation and if I floor it is just dies. Suggestions?

Yes I'm definitely familiar with a cold solder joint. I work on all my music gear for the last 20 years or so. I'll check them but I think you are more on track with the tps cause I have a suspicion it got messed up. Not really sure how to check it because it's out of a gm vehicle I think. Also want to check my timing as well. I think it has something to do with either or/ both. But being a noob, I'm just going in a hunch.
