CA possibly misfiring?

Hey whats up guys. Well I just got my new plugs in there about a week ago. I went with the Greddy race plugs (NGK re-badged) 7420's 9's leading and 11's trailing... But I just started noticing that the car seems to slightly stumble on low rpm shifts... usually in first and Second gear etc. Now the car was tuned on NGK 6725 105's leading and 115's trailing... I've actually re-done my whole exhaust system manifold back since then. Now I plan on changing my front mount out and going V-mount but Do you guys think I should change plugs till I get it re-tuned? or think the car should be alright.

I'm pretty sure it's mis fireing... if I take it up very slowly in say 3rd gear it'll blip once....everyonce in a while twice per gear just driving around. But Getting into power a little it doesn't do it.. So I figured I could order the plugs it was tuned on.. 150 bucks.. or just order some new 7420 10's all around? Or wait it out... take it easy as far as power goes and re-tune on my new set up?

Thanks much!
