play on turbo wheel?

play on turbo wheel?
i have a little bit of play not much at all on my turbo wheel. could that need to be rebuilt or is it ok? is that also why i am burning a bit of oil when i hit the gas?

You should have .oo8 inch shaft play if you know the correct method to measure it I do not remember the end play measurement , sorry for that.
