Hello,
I bought a used PFs intercooler, but unfortunatly without the air-duct. I think without the duct it's almost useless...
I need pictures of the air-duct(or a compatible one) and the dimensions to build one.

the dimensions are the easy part. the size of the core is one side, and then the size of the opening is the other. to get the depth, you would probably need to install the cooler, and take that measurement too

 

You might be able to adapt a pettit duct.

 

I have a a PFS setup under my bench. I'll get pictures and add dimensions tomorrow, as long as I remember....
