overheating?

I have recently seen 114C on my PFC under normal driving. I believe it is from my a/c. the a/c compressor is very hard to turn. I try to only run it on the interstate at higher rpms, but sometimes run it in town. I guess this could be overworking the motor and not letting it cool. I have a FMIC, and am running evans coolant as well. I was told I need to replace my lower engine compartment panel to better direct air flow through the fmic and radiator.
what do you guys think.
could my seals be on their way out already?

114C = 237F = overheating

Don't just blow this off, you're heading for trouble. I wouldn't be driving this thing until the problem(s) are solved.

Solutions:
Larger radiator (Koyo or Fluidyne)
Fan Mod (turn on fans whenever you want)
Lower temp thermoswitch (turns on fans at lower temp)
Datalogit (you can change the temp when fans turn on)

Also:
Sounds like something is wrong with your A/C compressor if it is very hard to turn.
