what are good compression numbers for a high mile engine? I have a 85 gs 12a engine with 150000 plus on it and have 90 psi front and 100psi rear. it has been overheated in the past due to cat problems but still runs great, just need to deal with a few oil leaks. any thoughts on how long it will last before I need to find a replacement? I DO RUN THE PI** OUT OF IT AS i HAVE WITH ALL OR MY ROTARYS. I know it will die soon, just my first 12a.I did rotary pick p/u's 15 years ago with 13b's with lots of carb and exhaust mods. but we could get away with it back then. Do love driving the 7........soo much fun.

90PSI are some decent numbers. You have plenty of life left.
Just don't let the apex seals roll, parts for the 12A are getting hard to come by so it would be annoying to lose a rotor/housings due to that.
