Oil in BOV and Turbo choking?

I have an '88 T2 and having issues with it.

1) The car will NOT idle at all by itself, I must constantly give it gas to stay on

2) When I try to spool the turbo it sounds as if the turbo is choking on gas or something and does not boost but stutters. It drives fine as along as I do not boost

3) I noticed that there is oil coming out of my BOV and sparying some oil under the hood of my car.

I was thinking I might need to rebuild my turbo but unsure. Hopefully I do not have to rebuild my engine because I can't really afford it at this time. Can someone PLEASE help me diagnose this issue or atleast give me some other things to try before diagnosing this? I am in a really tight spot and need this resolved ASAP. Thanks

Usually oil in the intake track is caused by the turbo/s being blown. If you are only getting oil in the intake side, than I would say your turbo/s are blown. If you are getting it on the exhaust side as well, you may have an engine problem, but that is a large maybe since I can’t see how oil can get from the engine to the intake besides the EGR but that is farther down the line than the BOV and I don't know if T2 has EGR. I am not totally knowledgeable on all the different engines.
