OBD1 scanner question

I am looking to buy a OBD1 scanner for my 93 rx7. Does anyone know what plug do i need or what scanner i should get? i've looked around and i cant find a plug for mazda's. Would a Ford plug work or do i need to get some sort of generic import plug. Any info would be very helpful. thanks

Mazda has it's own OBD system, and you don't need no fancy scanner to scan for error codes.
I don't think any of the over-the-counter OBD scanner will work...
