Not pulling as hard around 5500

I have a S5 with stock turbo and ported motor. I have 860cc injectors for secondaries, fd fuel pump, 3 inch exhaust and fuel cut defender. Also have an apexi S-AFC to control it all.

Was living in chicago for school and came home for the weekend car pulled like it was low 13 second car, even raced a 13 second talon to prove it.

Anyways came home to show the buddies and didn't pull as hard anymore. Not sure what happend and i am running out of ideas. Checked timing, also had a walbro fuel pump in it to see if that was it, changed plugs, always run premium and have an Air/Fuel gauge to help with mixture.

Any ideas or suggestions on what i could try would be helpful.
