NOS on a stock FC turbo

k guys, questions. got a bone stock turbo FC, S5... is it safe to put some sort of NOS system on board? if so what kinda of shot of nitrous are we talking bout here? a little 50 shot or can i do something a lil more substancial?and someone told me about a system where you constantly have nitrous being fed into the engine, what is this called? and is this something that is plausable to do on a stock 13B?

NOS sucks.... its like steroids... assume the fact that we have a 1.3L turbo, and invest the 500-1500$ for your NOS system into something better. like a Apexi Power FC or any good engine management. or get your turbo rebuilted by BNR , buy a manifold & brand new injectors (550cc x 2 , 720cc x 2)...
anything but dont waste money on NOS....
