So my friend keeps telling me i should use redline oil for my FD. I told him that no one recomends it. Any suggestions?

i've been runnin redline in my 93 for a minute, and it's been good to me. Royal purple is fine to. Remember when doing trany or diff. fluid redline is good for that to. just save up it's not cheap.

ya i heard RP is good ****. So we dont want to use SYNTH in our engines, how about a 26 year old one. Well either way...use some lucas stabalizer in your engine, trany, diff..ect. The stuff works great.

I been using 20/50 penzoil in the summer and 10/30 in the winter in my FD change the oil at 1500-2000, never have problems. I do recommend the Redline for the tranny and diff and the water wetter for the radiator. I also use the Idemitsu Premix every time I fuel up and the stuff works.
