I figured the reason my engine wasnt starting.. is the timing is out.. I wanted to make sure the dizzy was in line with the cap and timing marks.. so I looked down there with a light. rotated the engine by hand, mulitple times... couldnt see anything.. All I saw was chipping paint and rust.. so i went around again and chipped off the paint thinking mazda would be smart enough to put notches in the pulley and not just paint the marks on.. still nothing.. Im convinced my pulley has no timing marks at all!
