ok so i have a 93 fd with power fc.. hks down pipe.. hks intake.. stock turbos at 15psi.. non seq.. 9lb flywheel gutted cat.. now i have a stock IC.. and stock injectors.. and all trailing plugs.. tuned at 300wheel

how much restriction am i gettin from my gutted cat and stock IC and stock injectors?

 

first off, you should not be running the stock turbos that high unless you want them to explode

second....what kinda of restriction are you talking about?
